Definition

Electron mass is the QMU mass foundation. It is written \({m_e}\) and supplies the base mass quantity used to construct the QMU dimensional system.

In APM terms, electron mass does not serve as the source or meaning of mass. It is the minimum mass quantity allowed by the Aether unit and the chosen mass foundation for QMU algebra.

Relation to Compton Length

Electron mass is paired with Compton length \({\lambda_C}\). This pair appears in the rotational curl unit:

\[ \mathrm{curl}=\frac{{e_{emax}}^{2}}{{m_e}{\lambda_C}} \]

This relation shows \({m_e}\) as the mass foundation in the denominator of the rotational QMU unit, alongside the Compton-length foundation.

Mass foundation

\({m_e}\) supplies the minimum QMU mass quantity.

Length foundation

\({\lambda_C}\) supplies the quantum length step paired with electron mass.

Relation to Magnetic Charge

Magnetic charge \({e_{emax}}^{2}\) can be recovered from electron mass, Compton length, and curl:

\[ {e_{emax}}^{2}={m_e}{\lambda_C}\,\mathrm{curl} \]

This identity makes electron mass a direct participant in the QMU magnetic-charge structure.

Relation to Quantum Frequency

Electron mass also pairs with quantum frequency \({F_q}\) through energy and propagation relationships. The propagation anchor is:

\[ {F_q}{\lambda_C}=c \]

Because \({\lambda_C}\) is the Compton length associated with \({m_e}\), electron mass is tied to the length-frequency propagation structure of QMU.

Mass-Energy Bridge

The electron rest energy bridge can be written in the familiar form:

\[ E_e={m_e}c^2 \]

With the QMU propagation identity \(c={F_q}{\lambda_C}\), this can also be read as:

\[ E_e={m_e}{F_q}^{2}{\lambda_C}^{2} \]

This expression places electron mass inside the QMU length-frequency structure rather than treating rest energy as detached from the foundational units.

APM / QMU Role

Electron mass is one of the essential QMU foundations. It appears in units involving inertia, momentum, energy, force, curl, charge conversion, magnetic participation, and propagation closure. As a concept page, it should serve as the mass-foundation entry point for the QMU graph.

Research Use

Electron mass is a high-value research node because every mass-bearing QMU expression traces back to \({m_e}\). Useful directions include tracing powers of \({m_e}\) through the QMU inventory, comparing mass-positive and mass-negative reciprocal units, and studying how \({m_e}\) couples with \({\lambda_C}\), \({F_q}\), \({e_{emax}}^{2}\), and \({A_u}\).
